We are looking for a well-presented beautician to provide beauty services to our clients. These services include hair care, skin care, nail care, hair removal treatments, and advising clients on personal care routines to match their style and needs. You should listen to your clients in order to provide them with the best styles and services.

To be a successful beautician, you should have a wide range of skills in beauty services, good communication skills, and the ability to advise clients on suitable hairstyles, nail colours, and skin care regimes. You should also have the retail skills necessary to sell other beauty services and products

Job Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities and Duties of a Beautician

1. Communicates with clients in order to provide the requested services.
2. Discusses hair, skin and nail care methods with customers.
3. Washes and conditions hair prior to cutting or styling.
4. Cuts and styles hair.
5. Colours hair.
6. Applies chemical solutions in the form of permanents and relaxers to hair as part of the styling process.
7. Provides effective solutions for common issues concerning hair, scalp, nails and skin.
8. Discusses various style options with clients.
9. Performs manicure, pedicure, threading and waxing services
10. Sets appointments with clients and customers.
11. Takes payments from clients and customers.
12. Keeps work areas completely clean and sanitized.
13. Restocks shelves and supplies.
14. Keeps records of hair color and nail color used by each customer at past visits.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

1. Must have outstanding people skills in order to handle the specific needs of individual clients and customers.
2. Should be highly creative and also have a firm understanding of tried-and-tested techniques that are still in use today.
3. Must possess physical stamina and must have the manual dexterity required to wield scissors, razors and other implements.
4. Must possess solid time-management and organisational skills as well as in-depth knowledge of various beauty products, their ingredients and how these ingredients can affect the clients.
5. Must be able to present a calm and pleasant demeanor to clients in spite of any personal problems.
6. Must be capable of tactfully and respectfully dealing with rude, difficult and unreasonable clients.

Salary and Benefits

Offered Salary: AED 2500 monthly - AED 4000 monthly
