Job Specification

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good Bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Their duties include verifying the identification and age of customers, preparing and serving alcoholic beverages,accepting payment from customers, cleaning glasses and bar utensils and balancing crash receipts to record sales.

Job Responsibilities

1. Mixing beverages using an extensive range of ingredients including liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits
2. Taking beverage orders from customers or wait staff and serving drinks as requested, paying extreme attention to detail
3. Satisfying patron requests in a timely manner
4. Assessing customer preferences and making drink recommendations
5. Providing a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with patrons
6. Collecting money for drinks served and providing change as needed
7. Checking identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers
8. Balancing cash receipts
9. Keeping a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and other accessories
10. Cleaning the bar, tables, chairs, and work area to maintain a sanitary environment
11. Organising the bar area to streamline drink preparation and inventory
12. Placing orders for liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies
13. Slicing, pitting, and preparing fruit garnishes for drinks
14. Planning bar menus
15. Creating unique drinks
16. Preparing and serving appetisers, snacks, or other food items for customers at the bar
17. Complying with all food and beverage regulations
18. Limiting customer problems by restricting alcohol intake and attempting to curtail inappropriate behaviour

Salary and Benefits

Offered Salary: AED 1000 monthly
