Khamas Hospitality Debuts Levantine Restaurant Naranj Cafe in DoubleTree Dubai Al Jadaf

Khamas Hospitality has introduced the Syrian-Levantine restaurant brand Naranj Café to Dubai, opening inside the DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf on October 27, 2026, as reported by The Integrator.

The venue marks the brand's arrival into the Dubai market following existing footprints across Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia. The launch forms part of Khamas Hospitality's ongoing strategy to expand its managed food and beverage portfolio across established hospitality properties in the GCC.

Levantine Culinary Portfolio Expansion

The Dubai restaurant brings traditional Syrian Levantine culinary traditions into a contemporary hotel setting. The menu features signature mezze, slow-cooked dishes, charcoal-grilled meats, desserts, and traditional beverages focused on classical Levant cooking methods, offering wide seating capacity designed for both social and casual dining.

Executive Director Pratik Kachroo stated that the introduction of the concept forms a significant milestone for Khamas Hospitality as the group actively expands its standalone and hotel-integrated food and beverage footprint with differentiated concepts tailored to local and international audiences.

Property Integration at Al Jadaf

DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf General Manager Samir Avasthi confirmed that the new venue complements the hotel's existing dining options, introducing regional Levantine flavours directly to in-house guests and community diners across Dubai. The addition strengthens the hotel's food and beverage proposition in a growing hospitality corridor.
